The fee for the GHIN handicap for 2023 is still $40 same as last year. Annual fee for the first 365 days - year two will require a prorated payment due January 1st of the following year that will carry you through the entire following year. We are billed by the USGA during December of each year for a person's full year's handicap therefore requiring everyone's anniversary to be 1/1 of the following year.
